Eggs and Bacon

Abby just said to me mom when I get big I won't have to eat oatmeal any more. I said I still eat oatmeal and I'm big. She said well I'm going to eat bacon and eggs. I informed her she could eat those now. She said ok I'm hungry lets go have bacon and eggs mixed together.

Bad think!

I put Abby to bed and she came into my room about 5 minutes later and said, "Mommy I have to tell you something. I was thinking and I had a bad think." I said, I'm sorry you should think happy ones. She said, "But I really had a bad think." I love her little comments so much.

Teddy Ruxpin

Last night my sister Stephanie and I were going through some old things at my parents and and I found my Teddy Ruxpin. I just couldn't part with my old toy. I loved him so much when I was little. He was actually my second one. The first one broke and Santa fixed it. (Really just brought me a new one). I know this because I found the broken one recently at my parents house too. As we were about to leave Abby saw Teddy and said, "Can we take this teddy bear with creepy eyes with us?" I just couldn't resist. Now Teddy and all of his outfits, books and tapes are at our house. Abby has been carrying him around all morning.

Disney On Ice

We we went to Disney on Ice yesterday! Abby has been so excited to go. She loved it. We got to go with Steph and Cate, Emily, Addie, Hallie, and Josh and Grandma Jo. It was such a fun girl family outing- well and Josh. Emily's bought her kids these snow cones and as soon as Cate and Abby saw the princess cups that they came in neither if them would pay any attention to the show because they wanted one so bad. Finally Steph and I gave in and Steph went and bought them the $12.00 snow cones. But she sure loves her Tangled cup!

Cousins

Cate and Stephanie came into town for our patents farewell. Abby has loved playing with Cate. Cate just said to Abby... You know what Abby, this day has been then best day ever. You know why? Abby responded, Why? Cate...Because of you. We are like best friends.

Words with friends

This is Stu and my game of words with friends. His words are vital and heal. Mine are tit and moo. He must be in Med school I must be a mother! Ha and my next word was eggs.

Pony tail

This is the 1st and 2nd time Abby would let me put a pony tail in her hair. I think one was a couple weeks ago and the other was yesterday! She looks so grown up with her hair up in a pony. I'm sure it's not going to happen again anytime soon! She is not one to let me do her hair ever!!!

Cleaning!

I was at my parents house today cleaning out my old bedroom closet. It was so fun to find all my old toys like my American Girl Doll, Kirsten and my Muffy Vanderbears. So many good memories. I loved playing with all those toys. I also found my old Disney figurines that I used to buy every time I went to a Disney Park and I found my first pair of point shoes. I couldn't part with those. I'm just moving all my old crap from one place to another.

Swimming at the Hot Spring

A couple days ago we went to Saratoga Springs to go swimming at a pool that is heated by hot springs. It was so nice. Just the temperature I like. I think it was around 92 degrees. The kids had so much fun. Sam just kept saying, "swimming, swimming, swimming!" Abby had so much fun with Annie and Eva. She even jumped of the diving board for the first time. She did it all by herself. We were so proud of her. We have two fish. Neither of them have any fear of water. Abby would just jump in and her head would all go under and she would think that was great. Sam would jump into but he has tubes in his ears so so we had to keep his head above water. I have been wanting to go swimming for the longest time. I was so happy we were able to go and that daddy was able to go with us. Thanks Chame' for your hook up!

Fun in the Tub

This week Chame' and Roger have been here visiting! The kids have loved having them. One of this weeks activities was fun in the tub! Everyone has to have a naked tub pictures with cousins.

Ice cream party!

The other day the kiddos were having a pretend ice cream party on my bed. When Sam eats an ice cream cone he likes to take bites out of the bottom of the cone first. It always ends up very messy! As we were having our pretend ice cream party Sam even pretends to eat the bottom of the cone first.

I Just Love This Little Lady!

I love this lady! She is such a spunky one! The bath is one of her favorite places! She loves to take baths and showers. I think she would live in the water if she could. She loves to play with her barbie mermaids and her little Ariel and sister mermaids. Every time I get her out of the bath she wants me to wrap her up in her bear towel and carry her like a baby bear down stairs! I love those moments!

Sam's New Face

Sam just started doing this the past couple days. I finally snapped a picture of it!

Valentine's Day

This year was a low key Valentine's Day. We gave Sam some Jelly beans and he thought he had died and gone to heaven. He wouldn't put them down. And we have Abby her own pack of Jelly beans and she was so excited she didn't have to share with Sam. We also gave Abby a heart necklace and she says it looks like Sophia Amulet. My parents had a party for the kids so Stu and I could go out. We ended up trying out Dickey's BBQ. It's our new favorite BBQ spot. The pics are the kids enjoying their jelly beans. Then Abby wanted to take a bath and change out of her reindeer shirt. So that's Abby showing me her moves in a pink shirt with her new necklace.

TV junky!

Sammy boy loves to watch tv. Usually he wants to watch Mimi mow cubhow- Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. But lately he has really gotten into, Tutinton -Chuggington.

Dinner with Grandma Cleo

We had dinner with my grandma Cleo a few weeks ago and I thought it was cute that we all coordinated. I thought we needed a picture. You never know how much longer grandma will be with us. Though she seems to be doing great!

Beautiful Voice

Abby is eating dinner right now (in her swimming suit) and she reminded us that we forgot to say the blessing. She then right away starts praying. After her prayer we told her how happy we were that she remember the prayer and she says, "Yep and my voice was beautiful in that one!"
