Boys!

Abby was so concerned about a boy named Michael at school, that all the girls like him. But she doesn't. I said it's ok. You don't need to like boys. Mommy didn't like boys or start thinking they were cute until high school. Sam chimes in... But you think I'm cute now! In this sassy little voice. They are both so funny. Then Abby comes out of her room a bit later still distraught and says but mom I really do like Michael. Man, boy drama in the 1st grade!

A day in the life of 3 year old Sam

I day in the life of sam. I'm just doing my work. I like daddy's tools. Mine don't work. They are just plastic. He even had a pencil behind his ear. And was working in his plans. 

Stu came home to find a lot of his tools on the top of the ladder. Even some from the garage. I had to stop Sam when he started sanding the wall.

And to wash his hair I had to put ear plugs in his ears and put on his goggles. Then he was set for hair washing. No water in eyes or ears. 

My stethoscope

Me, "Stu my ear has been hurting lately will you look in it." Stu, "Yes let me get my stethoscope." Then he caught what he said and continued, "and I'll listen to your ear!" I think getting up at 3:00 am everyday is starting to get to him.
